K'NAAN. Coming off the success of his world cup tour with Waving
Flag and winning Junos for Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year,
K'NAAN has hit the big time with a big song. But dig a little deeper and you
find an artist who successfully blends samples and live instrumentation for
a sound that's both rooted in traditional African melodies and the classic
hip-hop tradition. For anyone who's said that hip-hop has nothing left to

Written & Performed by Brooke Johnsonn 1985, while she was a student at
the National Theatre School in Montreal, Brooke Johnson became friends
with Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Through reminiscences, journal entries and
correspondence, Brooke brings to life the story of a remarkable
friendship. This private insight into the man and the times as seen
through the eyes of a passionate artist is not to be missed.

Before Time is an enchanting interpretation of an age-old Iroquoian
creation story. The journey begins as Sky Beings dance like stars in
the cosmos and life on Turtle's back takes shape. Visually stunning,

Schumann Letters. German Composer Robert Schumann fell in
love with a young virtuoso Clara Wieck and the thousands of letters
written between them provides the inspiration for this
music-as-theatre performance., This timeless story of love, life,
tragedy and triumph features Schumann's beautiful piano and vocal

United. African drums, Dance, Hip Hop, Indian tablas,
Cuban rumbas and more all come together in Drums United's
thrilling show Rjitmo Inferno. Drums United is an explosive and
exciting world-percussion group from the Netherlands that unites
rhythms and percussionists from six different countries.

Dance. P. Virsky Ukrainian National Folk Dance
Ensemble is a well renowned Ukrainian dance company based out of the Ukraine,well known for its innovative
approach to the art form. Virsky's aim is to create dances that embrace
historical Ukrainian dance traditions as well as dances that are
innovative and forward moving.
